Complimentary Colour
In order to make a design piece aesthetically pleasing on the eye, there are many things needed to be taken into consideration. One of the most important things I find for any website design, is the use of colour....
If you start with one colour chosen or related to your company or group then select a colour of the opposite hue, you can then work around this. I like to keep adding colours to the palette that are broken down or spiced up from the originals.
On an artistic colour wheel, complementary colors are placed opposite one another.

Widely used traditional sets of complementary pairs:
- white and black
- red and green
- blue and orange
If you’re ever stuck for inspiration on what you want to work with your colours, I always think it’s best to look around us- at nature.
Some of the most beautiful colours are in nature. Simply google whatever colour you need and put nature on the end:
Orange nature-
